How Many Sessions Do I need?
My recommendation for the amount of Hypnotherapy sessions, ranges between 3 to 6 sessions depending on the issue, the length of time you have had the issue and other layers associated with the issue.
Of course, everyone is different along with their experiences that may have caused the issue in the first place and the rate that their mind and body process the releasing of the issue.
Here is a general guideline from my experience of working through issues with clients.
ANXIETY: 4 Sessions
DEPRESSION: 6 Sessions
PTSD: 6 Sessions
SMOKING/VAPING: 2 Sessions
WEIGHT RELEASE: 6 Sessions
FEARS and PHOBIAS: 2-4 Sessions
PAIN MANAGEMENT: 4-6 Sessions
BED WETTING: 2-4 Sessions
NAIL BITING/PICKING: 2-4 sessions
PROCRASTINATION PRODUCTIVITY: 4 Sessions
